- We updated the KOS guide to clarify the traits and focuses on yield. Tomorrow, we'll release a detailed ecosystem paper to showcase the project's long-term potential for holders.
- To regain momentum, our team will focus on attracting GameFi and real gamers. Why?
- Gamers and GameFi users will be the main demand for a healthy ecosystem. KOS has a very good entry price point for them.
- These are blue ocean opportunities for us as we haven't marketed to them yet.
- Bonus: GameFi users will likely purchase KOS to access the 2.5% token allocation, given their familiarities with tokenomics. Products created by KOS also have more appeal to them. NFT communities will follow suit with price action (NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE, DYOR)
- Important part of our campaign involves:
- More gameplay footage in Twitter.
- Marketing with KOLs & organic outreach in places like Tiktok and so on.
- Get “public” release of the game alpha earlier to immerse more community members. Holders will still have exclusive access & perks (see below for details).
Short term roadmap
- Now - later : Showcase gaming video
- ~1st week of May: Token Farming Starts
- ~3rd of May: First alpha release for the holders
- End of May: Second build/iteration based on feedback + release to public. Holders will be able to start “getting allocation” when playing by completing quests and so on while public holders will only be able to access the game.
- We will proceed with distributing the starters after end of May (looking at around June). This is done because the public game release should be accompanied with attention. This will make the drop and KOS more desirable.
- June onwards: We'll continue iterating and focus on attracting the GameFi community.

⛵ To kickstart this, an AMA has been scheduled with gameFi communities from this Wednesday to discuss all these points. Going forward, there will be focus on showcasing the game, working with influencers, KOLs, etc as we incorporate more gamer into the ecosystem.
